  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds (such as sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chopped nuts and mixed seeds until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  5. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, shape the dough into small balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
